From an elegant 5(*) star resorts/hotels accommodation in the Maldives to the exclusive  Sri Lanka beautiful sights, beaches, culture and most of all wonderful people. The Maldives and Sri Lanka  are seductive and attractive destinations and in order to continue our efforts to promote the area we like to invite you to join we in this exclusive educational especially customized for you.

This “famil” has been designed for only a selected group of ten (10) of our producing or very good potential Travel Agents across the USA & Canada.

Please note the following details of this famil and kindly read carefully the attached itinerary:

The cost includes :

  1. 1. Round trip on Sri Lankan(UL) airlines  flights from Singapore and return to Bangkok

  1. All services included as shown in the attached itinerary.(All 5 star accommodation)
  2. Due to the fact that the our travel dates are during High Season for the airline and  hotels are running high occupancy during this month, they have requested an immediate confirmation of participants. Therefore in order to secure your space, we must have your payment  no later than Friday July 1, 2011.  This will confirm your attendance.
  3. Please send the following documents to our office:

A)  The total cost for the air (RT) on Sri Lankan Air and land portion as shown in the attached itinerary is

US$ 2,699.00 per person payable by agency   check or if payment is by Credit Card we use Paypal. (3 ½ % additional cc fee will be added) Let us know   urgently which form of payment you wish to use and we will send invoice  )

(This includes all the services as shown on share twin in Maldives and single accommodation in Sri Lanka, meals, tips etc.). Should you be traveling with a spouse you will then be sharing with the spouse. Spouses pay an additional $200.00 .  (The spouse must also be with an IATA/ARC card and a full/part time employee)  All meals and drinks as stated in the attached itinerary.

(Note: Due to the much restricted airline and hotels/resorts’ guidelines, the payment is non-refundable should you wish to cancel your participation at any time prior to the departure. Therefore we strongly suggest you purchase travel insurance.)

For those participants who wish to arrange their own airfare to Singapore and from Bangkok , note that you  must arrive and depart within 3 hours from  the Sri Lankan Airlines  flights stated  above .

6.    VISA—please read carefully the attached itinerary explaining the procedure.  You need a visa to enter both Maldives & Sri Lanka    which can be gotten upon   arrival for US$ 30.00 (US$  currency cash only)in each country.. A valid US passport of at least six (6) months from the date of entry into both countries is required. In addition a passport photo is required .

7.  Please tell us the exact number of luggage you will be traveling with.

Attached please find the “wonderful” itinerary prepared especially for you. A week prior to departure you will receive a final copy with more details.

 

In an order to make sure that all is well before the departure date, it is necessary that we hear from you as soon as possible but no later than  01 July,2011.

Note: Should you want to bring along a colleague, from the same office or another agency that you know they are fully fledged they are most welcomed.  Also, should you not be able to attend, please pass this on to someone in your office whom you feel may benefit from this wonderful educational experience.

IMPORTANT NOTE: A&A S.E. Asia Tours, Ltd( a division of A&A Holidays, Ltd.) reserves the right to pre-screen all participants to assure that each  is a full-time or part- time employee of a bona-fide Travel Agency with proper identification and record to  match.
