Day 1: Arrive Hanoi (D)
Warmly welcome on arrival in Hanoi – Vietnam ‘s capital which will be on its anniversary of 1000 years in 2010. Historical emphasis on the arts and learning stipulates that buildings in Hanoi remain small, simple and in harmony with nature. You are met at the airport and escorted to your hotel. Afternoon is at leisure. Evening enjoy a welcome dinner at local restaurant. Overnight in Hanoi .
Day 2: Hanoi (B/L)
Visit the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, where the preserved body of “Uncle Ho” may be viewed, his nearby house, the lotus-shaped One Pillar Pagoda, Quan Thanh Temple, the Temple of Literature, Hoan Kiem Lake, Ngoc Son Temple, and a couple of museums. Following lunch at local restaurant, enjoy a one-hour cyclo ride around the Hanoi Old Quarter. Evening enjoy a traditional Vietnamese water puppet show. Overnight in Hanoi .
Day 3: Hanoi-Halong Bay (B/L/D)
Today you leave Hanoi for Halong Bay via Red river Delta. Upon arrival welcome on board for a junk cruise and set sail in the bay while lunch is served. Passage into the magical bay, where thousands of sculpted limestone islands rise from the waves like dragons’ teeth.
After lunch, take a short trek to a nearby summit for a panoramic view of the bay, swimming on a quiet beach or sunbathing on the sundeck. Late afternoon, visit an interesting fishing village with an opportunity to interact with fishermen who have been living in the bay for almost three generations. At sunset, kayak or simply take a bamboo row boat to discover a water tunnel with many coral reefs in a scenic lagoon. Back to your junk, enjoy watching the peaceful sunset and later unwind at a restaurant. Overnight on cruise.

Day 4: Halong – Hanoi (B)
Wake up on the bay to the sounds of waves and bird welcoming the new day. You will have an opportunity to view the sunrise over the bay. After breakfast, visit a beautiful limestone grotto then walk back to the boat for a final glimpse of Halong Bay while cruising back to the dock. Checkout is at 11:45. Boat arrives at the harbor by 12:00 p.m. for the drive back to your hotel in Hanoi. Overnight in Hanoi.
Day 5: Hanoi – Hue World Heritage site by plane (B)
Following breakfast is your free time in colonial Hanoi city until transfer to airport for flight to the Ancient Imperial Capital of Hue. Pick up and transfer to hotel. Overnight in Hue.
Day 6: Hue Ancient Capital (B/D)
Rising up in the ancient land, breakfast in hotel, we board on a private boat for cruising romantic Perfume River. This time you head out for the countryside. Being the ancient capital, Hue is surrounded with ancient tombs of emperors past, and a visit to some of these tombs will be on the itinerary for today. The charming Lady Pagoda (Thien Mu Pagoda) will be the first stop of the day. Setting in the converge of rivers, and gives you a great view on the Perfume River and surrounding area. Thien Mu Pagoda which is considered the unofficial symbol of Hue, and Buddhism Centre in Centre Vietnam. Rejoin car drive to visit king Minh Mang’s tomb and king Tu Duc’s tomb.
Afternoon you embark on a tour of Hue City including the Citadel and the Forbidden Purple City, the Imperial Museum and the Dong Ba market. Enjoy Hue Royal-style dinner. Overnight in Hue .
Day 7: Hue – Ancient town Hoian (B/L)
You leave Hue for Hoi An Ancient town – another World Heritage in the Centre the Hai Van pass, stop in Danang city for a visit to Cham Museum and handicraft villages on the foot of Marble Mountain before arriving in Hoian. Once in Hoi An you will check into our hotel and have some free time to explore. Overnight in Hoi An.
Day 8: Hoian Ancient town (B)
In the morning you enjoy a half day orientation tour of Hoian including the Chinese Assembly Halls, the Japanese Covered Bridge , Phuc Kien Pagoda and Tan Ky House. Following the tour there will be free time to shopping or relaxing. Overnight in Hoi An.
Day 9: Hoian – Danang – Saigon (B/L)
Leave Hoian you make the 45 minute drive from Hoi An to Danang airport. From Danang you take the one-hour flight to Ho Chi Minh City, where you transfer directly to our centrally located hotel.
In the afternoon you embark on a city tour of Saigon including The Reunification Palace, Notre Dame Cathedral and Old Post Office, Remnant War Museum and bustling Ben Thanh Market. Overnight in HCMC.
Day 10: Mekong Delta Excursion (B/L)
Leave Saigon to lush My Tho where you take a private boat to through the green vegetation of the canals to an orchard. Enjoy a delicious lunch in bonsai garden in the heart of Mekong, complete with tropical fruits. You also visit the snake farm Dong Tam that breeds snakes for, among other things, snake wine and enjoy a bonsai garden before heading back to HCMC. Overnight in HCMC.
Day 11: Tay Ninh Holysee temple & Cu Chi Tunnels (B/L)
This morning you drive to Cao Dai Temples in Tay Ninh to observe the midday service. Tay Ninh, near the Cambodian border, is home to the unique Cao Dai sect, whose patron saints include Joan of Arc, Victor Hugo and Winston Churchill to name a few.
Following lunch you will drive to the Cu Chi Tunnels. Cu Chi Tunnels consist of more than 200km of underground tunnels. This main axis system has many branches connecting to underground hideouts, shelters, and entrances to other tunnels. The network included innumerable trap doors, specially constructed living areas, storage facilities, weapons factories, field hospitals, command centers and kitchens. Today the remaining tunnels have become a major tourist attraction giving the visitor a unique experience and a feel of what underground life during the U.S.-Vietnam War. Back to HCMC for overnight.
Day 12: Ho Chi Minh City – Siem Riep (B/L)
Morning fly to Siem Riep in Northern Cambodia for visiting the fabulous ancient sites of Angkor, one of the wonders of world. The grandeur of this bygone civilization is truly astounding. Warmly welcome at Siem Reap International airport, you are met and transfer to your comfortable hotel for check in (subject to availability).
The tour start with the visiting to the famous temple: Angkor Wat , a World Heritage Site since 1992, famous for its beauty and splendor. Angkor Wat features the longest continuous bas-relief in the world, which runs along the outer gallery walls and narrates stories from Hindu mythology. After that, visit Bakheng Temple and enjoy a romantic sun set view form Bakheng hill. Overnight in Siem Reap.
Day 13: Angkor Wat (B/D)
You embark on elephant ride from South Gate of Angkor Thom into jungle of archeological area to the famous Bayon temple – a unique for its 54 towers decorated with over 200 smiling faces of Avolokitesvara, Baphoun, the Terrace of Temple, Elephants and Terrace of the Leper King. In the afternoon we continue to visit the fabulous Ta Prohm embraced by the roots of enormous fig trees and gigantic creepers, Pre Rup, East Mebon , Krovan, Srah Srang, Banteay Kdei and Ta Keo. Dinner and enjoy watching Khmer Folk of charming Apsara dance show at local restaurant. Overnight in Siem Reap.
Day 14: Departure (B)
we board on boat in Tonle Sap Lake. Here, enjoy a brief cruise past floating villages complete with schools, restaurants, and hospitals, visit the school of the “Les Artisans d’Angkor”. Transfer to Siem Reap International airport departure flight. End of tour.
