After lunch, you will proceed by train to Batu Caves. The caves are a Hindu Temple and the main attraction is the huge statue of an Hindu God at the entrance.

Wander a bit further on and get a taste of Kuala Lumpur’s quirkiest street treat – roasted duck that’s sold exclusively from portable stalls attached to motorbikes! Pick up from your hotel and transfer to the Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) to fly to Kuala Terengganu. At arrival transfer to the Jetty and speedboat transfer to Redang Island. The island is a tropical jewel white sand beaches and turquoise water. You will stay at the The Taaras at a secluded part of the Island.

Tourism Tax: The Tourism and Culture Minister of Malaysia has announced that the Tourism Tax (TTX) in Malaysia will be collected from 1st September 2017. Foreign tourists will be charged a flat rate of MYR10.00 per room per night for all hotel classifications. The tax will be collected directly from the hotels (all types of accommodation).
Local Government Tax and Conservation Fee: Some areas are subject to local taxes and conservations fee. Examples of local government tax is for Penang and Langkawi. Conservation fees are normally paid if you are staying in National and Marine Parks. Examples can be TAR Marine Park – Kota Kinabalu, Perhentian Islands & Redang Island. The taxes/fees will be collected directly from the hotels (all types of accommodation) and/or operators.
